Aidan Neylon, a native of Boudevilliers, Fribourg, Switzerland, began his journey in the small town of Colombier, where he resided with his mother while his father lived in the Valais. His academic journey commenced at Montessori before transitioning to public schooling in his local town, where he displayed a keen interest in football from a young age. Throughout his youth, Aidan excelled in sports, particularly football, and later expanded his athletic pursuits to include golf, tennis, skiing, swimming, and boxing.

Despite facing challenges in his personal life, Aidan's determination and resilience propelled him forward. Upon completing his obligatory schooling, he briefly explored Visual Arts before gaining practical experience working alongside his uncle as a swimming pool builder. Recognizing the value of education he had a thirst of knowledge and see for himself what the world had to offer, Aidan then pursued further studies, completing a Professional Maturity program in Neuchatel with a focus on commerce.

At the age of 20, Aidan made the bold decision to relocate to Lausanne in pursuit of personal and professional growth. Securing a position at Nestlé, he quickly adapted to his new environment and concurrently pursued a bachelor's degree in International Business Management in Geneva. Alongside his corporate responsibilities, Aidan ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own marketing agency, "Inari," which marked the beginning of his career as a business leader.
